WODIN is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales
.
Selling products and providing customer services to Wodin’s Customers. Must be physically able to move in and around a busy shop
1. Ensure quotes and order entries meets customer requirements.
2. Handing all logs and assisting in sales Goals
3. Follow up on Quotes
1. Intake Customer quotes form 7205 and 100-U
2. Enter Customer purchase order and complete all necessary forms
3. Deviation and RMA write ups and submittals backup quality
4. Follow up on quotes sent to Customer as needed
5. Provide our customer with customer service and answer their questions
6. Send quotes out to our outside service vendors for costing
7. File Quotes (back up)
8. Selling of Wodin’s Scrap
9. Monitor and generate stock orders for Wodin’s Stocked items
10. Generate Change Order Request form 304
11. Send out our Annual Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
12. Generate and monitor Customer Complaints.
13. May accompany outside sales on local calls.
14. Call up on existing accounts to see if they have any quotes or orders
15. Help generate yearly comparison reports
16. Assist in contract negotiations
17. Meeting or exceeding Sales Goals (Corporate Goals and Sales Goals)
18. Maintaining positive business relationship to ensure future sales.
19. Miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,586.12 - $50,082.20 per year
